IMPORTANT: Only complete online if all your donations have been made through your homepage. Cheques and money orders should be paid in at any branch of the National Australian Bank, and the Completion Form returned to us at the address below:

Before you use the Online completion facility, please read Terms and conditions:
- Make sure all your pledges and online sponsorships are finalised first – any sponsorship donations added after you ‘complete’ will not count toward your reading rewards. You can make a final payment as part of your completion process.
- If you have returned the Completion Form, which you received from us recently in the mail, you don’t have to complete again online.
- If all donations from your sponsors are completed on your homepage, and no further final payment is being made today, please enter ‘0’ ($ sign is not necessary) on “Final Amount you wish to pay”
- You will not be able to complete on line if you have cheques made payable to the MS Readathon - These need to be returned to the National Processing Centre or paid in at any branch of the National Australia Bank using the Completion Form you received from us recently in the mail.
