The 2010 MS Readathon is a fundraising event of Multiple Sclerosis Australia, ABN 51 008 515 508, in conjunction with the MS Societies in each Australian State and Territory.

The governing law relating to all matters relating to the MS Readathon is New South Wales and all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of such state, unless standards in a given state or Territory exceed those of NSW.

In the event of a dispute the decision of Multiple Sclerosis Australia is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
